Pale straw with a green tinge. The nose is intense. There’s freshly peeled ripe pears, white petalled flowers, cinnamon and cloves. These aromatics develop to citrus tones and floral notes. The palate has mouth-watering flavours of nashi pears, white fleshy fruits and spices, there is a touch of tannin grip - this will mellow with age. The wine has balanced acidity which is clean and refreshing.
