Interesting compelling blend of 70% King Valley Dolcetto and 30% Goulburn Valley Shiraz. The colour is bright red crimson/magenta. Bouquet is savoury, spicy and earthy, fields of wild flowers berries and cherries with a hint of fungi. That palate shows black cherries, with fine spicy tannins, fresh acidity with a balanced long lingering finish.
