As a result, the Rosé Brut benefits from a 30% blend of wines from three different vintages. This wine is ready to be enjoyed now and will get better even after four to five years. Ideally served at 10 C this Rosé could be served as an aperitif due to its freshness and energy. It is also a good food accompaniment as it presents a beautiful structure and a strong personality. This cuvee displays a splendid, quite deep coppery pink hue. The intense, complex bouquet is dominated by mineral-rich and fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry.
