Fruit sourced from Upper Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula. Beautiful bright straw in colour. Fresh, clean citrus notes underpin Fuji apple fruit with creamy yeast complexity. Intense lemon/lime compliment racy, apple/pear concentration. Wonderful light fine mousse which highlights a refreshing mineral zesty finish. Exceptionally fine and persistent bead. The acidity is extraordinarily fine and delineated the hallmark of the Yarrabank style. Great poise and balance, with understated long classy finish.
