Made from hand-harvested Merlot grapes grown in the Heathcote and Macedon Ranges regions. Matured in seasoned French and American oak for 12 months, this wine has warm toasty aromas supported by ripe fragrant Merlot fruit. The palate is full, however soft showing spicy plum flavours and a supple tannin structure.
