Sourced from vineyards around Villafrachian Period were the vines are situated in terraces of round pebbles and in smaller proportion of lauze rocks made of limestone. Harvests can last 3 weeks because of the diversity of soils and grape varieties. The Vinification is carried out in the traditional way in concrete vats. The wine is matured is exclusively aged in concrete vats. Bottling is performed after a one-year ageing. This wine is very deep garnet red colour almost black. Nose is full of aromas of ripe black fruit. The palate is loaded with licorice flavours and spicy finish.
