Sourced from Adelaide Hills’ vineyards at altitudes of 400-700 metres, the Alta vineyards produces parcels of fruit of exceptional flavour and intensity, capturing strong regional and varietal flavours. As a result of ex ‘Orlando Winemaker’ Sarah Fletchers attention to detail, the 2006 Alta releases show great focus with fruit driven varietal flavours, layers of texture and exceptional balance.

Sarah comes to Alta with an impressive wine making background, starting with 4 years at the Roseworthy campus of Adelaide University culminating in a degree in oenology, and thereafter 7 years working for Orland Wyndham as both red & white winemaker.
